The care app for families looking after an elderly parent

One place to organise a parent’s care: the plan, the tasks, the appointments and who checked in.

Care shouldn’t fall on one person.

Family+ for the whole circle. 14 days free, then one yearly price. Everyone you invite joins free.

The KinCarer schedule: a carer has checked in with Amy, a pinned GP reminder, and today's care tasks with their owners

    Sound familiar?

You are the one who remembers. And the one everyone asks.

The tablets, the taxi, who is visiting on Thursday. Everyone asks you, because you are the one who knows.

It is not that your family don’t want to help. They do.

It is that they can’t see what you see, so every offer of help comes back to you as a question. And the questions land at 9pm.

    What you get

The practical side of care, in one place.

Everything the family keeps in its head today, written down where everyone can see it.

Today's tasks on the schedule: lunch prepared for Sarah, an afternoon walk, evening medications still to be taken by someone, dinner for James

    Tasks

Give care jobs a clear owner.

Sarah Walker is at Amy Walker's care location, arrived 9:10, with an I'm here too button

    Check-ins

See who visited, when, and what changed.

Upcoming appointments: a GP check-up at Salford Health Centre and a blood test

    Appointments

Keep important dates visible to the family.

Handover notes by day from two carers, one with a photo of Amy in the garden

    Handover notes

Leave clear care notes so everyone knows what happened.

Circle chat: Sarah asks who can collect the prescription, the message is turned into a task assigned to James, and James confirms

    Circle chat

Message the circle, and turn a message into a task.

    Who it’s for

    Built for families sharing care.

    Adult children
Supporting a parent while holding down everything else.
    Siblings sharing care
So the work is split, not assumed.
    Long-distance family
Helping from two hours away, or two countries.
    Paid carers, alongside the family
Carers join the same circle and see what the family lets them.
Adult siblings sitting together coordinating care for their parent

Three steps to a shared care plan.

    1. 1

      Create your family circle

Invite the people involved in care. Family, relatives and paid carers all join free.

    2. 2

      Add tasks, check-ins and appointments

Keep the practical details in one place instead of across memory and messages.

    3. 3

      Keep everyone updated

Check in, leave a note, and the whole circle knows without a single message.

    Clara

Ask Clara what's happened. She reads the circle's own records.

Who checked in, what was recorded, what is still waiting for someone. Clara answers from what the circle has written down, nothing else.

    • Flags what nobody has sorted yet
    • Tells you what happened across the week
    • Answers questions about today, from the circle’s records only

    From families

    What families say.

“Before KinCarer, everything lived in WhatsApp messages and my head. Now everyone can see what needs doing, who checked in, and what changed. It has made caring for Mum feel less chaotic.”
    Daughter caring for her mum
“KinCarer is exactly the kind of practical tool families ask for. It gives people a simple way to organise care before things become overwhelming.”

The things families ask us most.

    How does paying work?

Every new care circle starts with 14 days free. After that it's Family+, one yearly price that covers the whole care circle: no member limit, and everyone you invite joins free. Prices for your country are in the app. If Family+ ends, the circle becomes read-only until someone renews. Nothing is deleted.

    Does everyone need to pay?

No. One person holds the subscription and invites the rest. Family members, relatives and paid carers can all join for free.

My parent doesn't use a smartphone. Does that matter?

Not at all. KinCarer is built for the people doing the coordinating. The person being cared for doesn't need the app.

    Can paid carers join too?

Yes. Paid carers can be part of the same care circle as family. They see what they need, and the family stays informed.

    Does KinCarer replace WhatsApp?

No. KinCarer is where care information lives: check-ins, tasks, documents, appointments, and a chat that can turn a message into a task. Your family WhatsApp can carry on. KinCarer makes sure nothing important gets buried in it.

Can I keep some things private?

Yes. You control who joins each care circle and what gets shared. Only the people you invite can see it.

Start sharing the care plan today.

Bring tasks, check-ins, appointments and handover notes into one shared place. 14 days free.
